Shipping Information

We ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

European Union: 5-10 business days from dispatch.
United Kingdom: 7-12 business days.
Other international: 10-20 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions may apply on orders above a certain value.

Customs and Duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs fees. International orders outside the EU may incur customs duties or import taxes paid by the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@deskifystore.com with your order number. We will track the package and arrange a replacement or refund if it cannot be located.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, address changes are not possible. Packages returned due to wrong address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
